At CycleSafe Coalition, we are dedicated to making roads safer for cyclists and other vulnerable road users. Our mission is to advocate for the enforcement and awareness of safe passing laws, promote cycling safety education, and provide the resources necessary to create a safer and more equitable transportation environment.

Why We Advocate

Across the country, states are adopting 3-foot and 4-foot passing laws to protect cyclists. These laws ensure that motorists give cyclists enough space on the road to prevent collisions and fatalities. However, not everyone is aware of these life-saving laws, which is why CycleSafe Coalition exists: to spread awareness, enforce these rules, and ultimately save lives.

Our Vision

We envision a future where cyclists can ride safely alongside vehicles, free from the fear of dangerous passing or collisions. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we work toward a safer, more connected transportation network for everyone.
